How long does it take to receive an order?
Systems that are in stock are typically shipped same or next business day. If you place an order for a system that is not in stock, most builds are shipped within 7-10 business days. In some cases, shipping may take longer if a component is backordered.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We currently offer shipping to all 50 US states. We do not ship to Canada or other countries at this time. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will have increased shipping costs.
Do you offer a warranty?
All of our systems come with a standard 2 year limited warranty. Extended warranties are available for up to 4 years.
Can I customize a PC?
Absolutely. Our prebuilt PCs are configured with several options available during checkout. If you would like to further customize your PC, simply reach out to us via our live chat and our team will work with you directly.
Is the RGB lighting customizable?
All of our systems that feature RGB lighting can be customized. The specific customization options may differ based on the manufacturer and component.
Does the PC come with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth?
The majority of our systems feature onboard Wi-Fi & Bluetooth connectivity. If you are not sure whether a system has Wi-Fi & Bluetooth, you can reach out to us via live chat to confirm.
Can I finance a PC with monthly installments?
Yes. We offer monthly installment plans via Shop Pay, powered by Affirm. Simply select "Shop Pay" during checkout for easy approvals with no hidden fees.
What software comes pre-installed?
Our PCs come with a clean installation of Windows 11, along with any necessary programs to customize your RGB lighting and update drivers.
We do not install any 3rd party "bloatware" so your system stays running smooth.
Do you offer support?
Skyforge PC offers free product lifetime support on all of our systems. Our team is based 100% in the US and is ready to assist you with your technical issues.
Additionally, we offer a 2 year parts and labor warranty to give you peace of mind.
