I contacted Yusuf from Skyforge PC, around the beginning of summer so he could help me build a computer for my basic needs. He consulted with me every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the PC now and into the future. In July I received my new PC and I couldn't be happier. I called Yusuf and he talked me through the whole set up. Now I have a computer that not only looks great, but it is also fast!!!

Everything from the start (about 2 weeks worth of working with the Skyforge team via email to ensure the machine meets my needs) to what is now a month of constant usage. The process is informative as to progress and stage of production. It's a comfort knowing that not only did my machine meet and exceed expectations, but that it is able to be upgraded years down the road as needed. Not to mention their support team is knowledgeable and courteous as well as patient.
Overall really glad I chose to get my machine from Skyforge.

After a year with the Griffin Evo
This was my first PC and I’m definitely happy about the purchase. I haven’t had any issues, I’m playing games and watching YouTube simultaneously with zero issues right out the box. One issue that’s personal, showing how truly new I am to a PC, and has no impact on the performance of the machine, would be to provide clear instructions for first timers on what to expect when they receive their machine. Hopefully this wasn’t in there and I just ignored it. I was scared to death when I found a fan that needed to be clipped on to another component (found out this was intentional for transporting). Along the same vein, I went about 10 months before realizing there was such a thing as a Bluetooth adapter that needed to be hooked up, otherwise Bluetooth would only go as far as a 1-2 feet. All in all it has been a great machine, no issues, plenty of room inside, I even put a few small collectibles to liven it up.

Computer Troubleshooting Great Experience
I went to Skyforge because my computer would boot up but not POST. They quickly figured out that it was a faulty GPU (Ugh!!) but then gave me some good options for replacement. Not long after that I was having some issues with my computer crashing and restarting. Thinking it might be a software thing I went back to Skyforge and they found that while it wasn't only a software thing but my CPU was overheating. They suggested new thermal paste but I still had some concerns so they installed an upgraded CPU cooler as well (ThermalRight Assassin 120 SE! *chefs kiss*). I have been playing Division 2 on Ultra settings for a bit now and my CPU doesn't get above 65c and my GPU sits between 50c and 60c.
I highly recommend Skyforge if you are having challenges with your PC or just want some honest advice on performance improvements.
