Apply NowHelps create, schedule, and optimize email campaigns that keep customers informed and engaged. Responsibilities include managing newsletters, product announcements, promotional emails, and automated flows. You’ll assist with segmentation, reporting, and improving overall email performance.
Creates visual content that brings the Skyforge PC brand to life. This includes social media graphics, marketing materials, web assets, and product visuals. You'll ensure designs are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for both digital and print. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency with design software are essential.
Builds, tests, and troubleshoots gaming PCs to Skyforge PC standards. This role involves assembling systems, verifying performance, diagnosing hardware issues, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Attention to detail, technical knowledge, and consistency are critical.
Responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all Skyforge PC social channels. This role focuses on growing community engagement, showcasing builds, producing short-form video content, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. You’ll track performance, test new ideas, and help shape how the public sees our brand.
Serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support. You’ll assist with order questions, troubleshooting, warranty guidance, and general account help. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.
