Return Policy
Generally, all sales are final and “as is”.
- Custom PCs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any returns past 30 days after delivery will be subject to the sole discretion of Skyforge PC. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is being returned due to damage or defective upon arrival.
- Items that were purchased through third party retailers such as Amazon etc. are subject to their respective return policies and are not eligible for return by Skyforge PC. Only systems purchased directly through our website (https://www.skyforgepc.com) are eligible for return.
- All returns must include the original components in the system. Any components with differing serial numbers or models will not be eligible for return.
- Returned systems must include all components, accessories, cables and packaging materials.
- Shipping fees may only be refunded if the system was damaged as an error on the part of Skyforge PC.
- Skyforge PC will refund you the full amount inclusive of sales tax in accordance with our return policy.
Requesting a return
Prior to returning your system, you must have a valid RMA number issued by Skyforge PC. To receive an RMA number, please contact us.
All returns must include the original components, accessories, cables and packaging materials.
Skyforge PC holds the right to refuse a return if any of these conditions are not met.
Refunds
Upon receiving your authorized RMA, Skyforge PC will inspect your system and its contents. After inspection, a refund for the item(s) purchased will be authorized to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees will not be refunded unless your system was damaged as an error on the part of Skyforge PC.
Please note, the availability of funds may differ based on your payment provider.
